F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 beds built to carry real loads

Super Duty trucks do the heavy work, and the bed shouldn't eat into the payload. We build aluminum flatbeds and stake beds for the F-250 and F-350 pickup, and for F-350 dual rear wheel, F-450 and F-550 cab-chassis trucks with long decks.

Typical builds are 6'6" × 9' or 7' × 9' on single-rear-wheel pickups and 8' wide on dual rear wheel chassis, from 8' × 9' up to 8' × 14' and longer. Tall 38" and 41" lift out stakes, Tommy Gate liftgates and underbody tool boxes are common, and we've built specialty beds with custom headboards for CNG tanks and traffic-control racks.

Super Duty truck bed questions

What size aluminum flatbed fits an F-250 or F-350?

On single-rear-wheel F-250 and F-350 pickups we most often build 6'6" × 9' or 7' × 9' beds. Dual rear wheel F-350s usually take an 8'-wide deck from 8' × 9' to 8' × 12'.

Do you build beds for F-450 and F-550 cab-chassis trucks?

Yes. We build 8'-wide flatbeds and stake beds for F-450 and F-550 chassis, typically 8' × 10' to 8' × 14', plus gate assemblies for longer decks.

Can you add a liftgate to a Super Duty bed?

Yes. We install Tommy Gate G2-Series and Maxon 66-16 liftgates as part of the bed build. The Maxon 66-16 suits F-250 and F-350 chassis.

What warranty comes with the bed?

Every Alumbody bed carries a 3-year structural warranty and a 1-year warranty on lighting.
