These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at alumbody.com (the "Site"), the products and custom fabrication services offered by Alumbody ("Alumbody," "we," "us," or "our"), and any communications you exchange with us, including phone calls, emails, and SMS/text messages. By accessing the Site, submitting a quote request, or purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Site or purchase from Alumbody. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.
2. Quote Requests and Submitted Information
When you submit a quote request, contact form, or any other form on the Site, the information you provide — including your name, email address, phone number, vehicle details, build specifications, photos, and any free-text notes — will be transmitted to and stored by Alumbody and our service providers, and may be used to prepare a quote, contact you, and fulfill your order.
Anything you submit will be submitted. Once you press submit, the data leaves your device, is sent to our servers, and is delivered to our team by email and/or stored in our database. You should assume submissions cannot be unsent. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share, and do not submit sensitive personal data (such as Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, payment card numbers, or health information) through any form on the Site — we do not need it and do not want it.
Quotes are estimates only and are not a binding offer until reduced to a written, signed order or invoice. Pricing, lead times, and availability are subject to change due to material costs, vehicle specifics, or shop capacity.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
Alumbody uses the phone number (714) 602-6970 for voice calls and for transactional SMS/text messages relating to your quote, order, or service appointment. By providing your mobile number on any Alumbody form, by texting us first, or by replying to a message from us, you consent to receive non-marketing text messages from Alumbody at that number for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, providing quotes, scheduling work, sharing build photos or updates, and coordinating delivery or pickup.

- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages from this number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@alumbody.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Orders, Deposits, Payment, and Cancellation
Custom aluminum truck beds are made-to-order. A non-refundable deposit may be required to schedule fabrication and reserve materials. Once fabrication begins, orders generally cannot be cancelled, and any deposit covers materials cut, labor performed, and shop time reserved. Final balance is due before delivery, shipment, or pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Installation, Shipping, and Risk of Loss
If you choose installation at our shop, you are responsible for delivering and retrieving your vehicle on the scheduled dates. If you choose shipping, title and risk of loss pass to you when the product is tendered to the carrier. Shipping estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays are outside our control. You are responsible for inspecting shipments on delivery and noting damage on the carrier's bill of lading.
6. Limited Warranty and Disclaimers
Alumbody warrants its workmanship on new aluminum bed builds against defects for the period stated in your written order. This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, overloading beyond rated capacity, corrosion from environmental contaminants, modifications by third parties, normal wear, cosmetic blemishes after delivery, or damage to your vehicle or third-party components.
Except for the express limited warranty above, the site, products, and services are provided "as is" and "as available," and alumbody disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, alumbody and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of use, or vehicle downtime, arising out of or relating to the site, products, or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to alumbody for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alumbody from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or our products, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right, including any content or information you submit.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or our SMS number for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or abusive purpose.
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information on any form.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, our database, or any related systems.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy content from the Site, including photos and gallery images.
- Use the Site to transmit malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt or damage software, hardware, or telecommunications.
- Send us spam, telemarketing pitches, automated mass-mail, or content that violates the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or any other communications law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the Alumbody name, logo, photos of completed builds, design illustrations, text, and code — is owned by Alumbody or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.
11. User Submissions and Photo Release
If you send us photos of your truck or completed build, or post about Alumbody on social media and tag us, you grant Alumbody a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display those photos and posts in our marketing, on the Site, and on our social channels, with attribution where practical. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites, social media platforms, or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, practices, or policies. Your use of any third-party site or service is at your own risk and subject to that party's terms.
13. Changes to the Site and Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Site, any feature of it, or these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our products and services shall be the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Each party waives any right to a jury trial. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arose or be permanently barred.
15. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written order or invoice we issue, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alumbody regarding the Site and our products and services.
