This Privacy Policy explains how Alumbody ("Alumbody," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you visit alumbody.com (the "Site"), submit a form, call or text us, or purchase a product or service from us. This Policy is incorporated into and governed by our Terms of Service.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you submit a quote request, contact form, blog comment, email, voice call, or text message, we collect what you give us, which may include:
- Name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.
- Vehicle make, model, year, bed configuration, and build preferences.
- Photos or files you attach.
- Free-text notes and any other information you choose to include.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:

You should assume that submissions cannot be unsent. We will, on request, delete or correct your information as described in Section 8 below — but please think before you send, and do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.
4. SMS / Text Messaging
Alumbody uses the phone number (714) 602-6970 for voice calls and for transactional SMS/text messages relating to your quote, order, or service appointment. By providing your mobile number on any Alumbody form, by texting us first, or by replying to a message from us, you consent to receive non-marketing text messages from us at that number.
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
- Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
- We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number, SMS opt-in status, or SMS content with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are used only by Alumbody and the carriers and messaging-platform vendors required to deliver the messages you requested.
5. Cookies and Analytics
The Site uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for essential functionality (such as keeping the Site responsive) and for basic analytics about how visitors use the Site. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Site may not work correctly without them.
6. How We Share Information
We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers who help us run the Site, store data, send emails, deliver SMS, process payments, ship products, and provide customer support, under contracts that limit their use of the data to working on our behalf.
- Carriers and SMS platform vendors as needed to deliver text messages you have requested.

8. Your Choices and Rights
You may:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete information we are not required to retain.
- Opt out of SMS by replying STOP, or opt out of email by replying with an unsubscribe request.
- If you are a California resident, exercise the rights described under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
